Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
Each Apolyth piece is made to order. Because of this, we currently only accept returns or exchanges if an item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
To start a return or exchange request, email us at Wear@apolyth.com with:

Your full name and order number

Clear photos of the item and the issue

A brief description of what went wrong
Please do not send any items back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Condition of Returned Items
If your return is approved, all items must be:

Unworn, unused, and unwashed

Free of stains, odors, or damage
-
In their original condition and packaging (where possible)
We do not accept returns for:
-
Worn, stained, damaged, or altered items
-
Items returned without prior approval
-
Items sent back more than 7 days after delivery
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and production reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Underwear, tights, socks, pajamas, swimsuits, masks

Items deliberately damaged or misused

Items returned more than 7 days after you receive them

Orders delayed because of incorrect or incomplete delivery information (wrong address, wrong phone number, etc.)

Return Shipping Costs
Unless we clearly made an error (wrong item sent, damaged in production, etc.), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not accept packages sent “freight to collect” or with unpaid postage. Any such returns will be refused.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions. Items sent to any other address or without confirmation may not be processed.
Damages, Defects & Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive a misprinted, damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Email Wear@apolyth.com within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging

Describe the issue briefly
Once we review your request, we’ll let you know whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is the appropriate resolution.
Lost Packages & Delivery Issues
For packages that appear to be lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
If your tracking shows “delivered,” but you didn’t receive your package, please:

Double-check with neighbors and household members

Confirm the shipping address in your order confirmation

Order Cancellations
Because items are made to order, orders begin processing quickly after payment.

Orders that have not yet entered production may be cancelable in full

Orders that have entered production but not yet shipped may, in some cases, have shipping charges adjusted or canceled

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled
If you want to cancel or modify an order, email Wear@apolyth.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes, but we’ll do our best if production has not yet started.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, in the original currency used at checkout.

We’ll notify you once your return or claim has been reviewed and approved

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider
If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you still haven’t received it, please contact us at Wear@apolyth.com.
