Before your order ships, you can view its status in your Apolyth Account. If you checked out as a guest, please contact our Customer Support Team for assistance.
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor the shipment in real time.

Our carrier delivers Monday through Friday during standard business hours.

If both attempts fail, the package will be returned to the sender
Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to change the shipping address.
